Why Daymark exists

“In 2017, I had a stroke that almost took me out. I have worked hard every day since to make my brain stronger, but sometimes I still forget things. When my wife left for work in the morning, she wouldn’t wake me up, because she was afraid I wouldn’t wake up. At work, she worried all day, not knowing if I had even gotten up. So I built Daymark to calm her fears, so she could focus on her work. I know I am not the only one. Daymark is for older people who live by themselves, like my mom, and for our aunties and uncles too.”

Daymark was not built by a company guessing at a problem. It was built by a stroke survivor who lives it, so it does what people like us really need.

What it does

Daily check-in

Tap once a day to say you are okay. Miss it and your emergency contacts get a text.

Help button

Press Help to start a short countdown, then your contacts are alerted. Cancel anytime if you are fine.

Emergency 911 button

Anyone can tap Emergency 911 to call 911. With Premium, Daymark also texts everyone in your contacts that you dialed 911 and sends them your GPS location. New in the next beta update. Daymark is not a 911 service.

Medicine list from a photo

Snap a pill bottle and Daymark builds your medicine list for you.

Reminders and refills

Medicine reminders on time, and refill requests in a few taps.

Appointments, notes, voice memos

Install the beta on Android

  1. Tap Download Beta for Android above.
  2. Open the downloaded file daymark-beta.apk.
  3. If Android asks, tap Settings and turn on Allow from this source (Install unknown apps) for your browser.
  4. Go back and tap Install, then open Daymark and set up your first check-in.
